- At the ‘Realty Fair’ I represent Sibirenergotrade CJSC. It is real estate developer which conducts the development of territories along Goloustnensky highway (7 km, Ushakovsky residential neighbourhood), Baikal highway (15 km, Novolisikha district and Parkovyi residential district) and in Irkutsk along Baikalskaya street (Baikalsky Fort Residential Complex). At the exhibition we not only provide all the necessary information on our real estate units but also send visitors to sightseeing tours. For convenience of customers we have prepared a demonstration houses and apartments, equipped with furniture in order to provide better understanding about future living space.

Certainly, in connection with crisis in construction industry some calm was formed. This year volume of sales in Irkutsk and Irkutsk district fell to 30-40% in comparison with 2014.
